Specialized Algorithms

We design bioinformatics algorithms that are customized to your exact needs, reducing your costs, and increasing the accuracy of your analysis. These algorithms are integrated into our bioinformatics workbenches to make them accessible to scientists.

Examples of cost saving algorithms are:

  1. Algorithms for better design of expression array experiments in genomic research. Such algorithms - based on our unique way of analyzing EST data - can in some cases reduce expression array costs by 50%
  2. Algorithms for specialized primer design. Significant costs can e.g. be saved by taking di-methylation into account when designing PCR experiments

Examples of algorithms with improved accuracy:

  1. Protein function prediction, customized for special types of proteins
  2. Statistically advanced phylogenetic analysis
  3. Verification of regulator gene candidates
  4. Biomarker identification

- Our team of experienced PhDs in bioinformatics, mathematics, and computer science are specialized in algorithm design and implementation. Click here to see some of the papers they have authored or co-authored.

All the algorithms that we develop will be fully integrated in our bioinformatics workbenches to make them accessible to scientists.
