Specialized Algorithms

We design bioinformatics algorithms that are customized for your exact needs.

Some of our customers need better algorithms in order to reduce their costs and some of our customers need better algorithms for improving their scientific research.

Examples of cost saving algorithms are

  1. Algorithms for better design of expression array experiments in genomic research. Such algorithms - based on our unique way of analyzing EST data - can in some cases reduce expression array costs by 50%
  2. Algorithms for specialized primer design. Significant costs can e.g. be saved by taking di-methylation into account when designing PCR experiments

Examples of data enhancement algorithms are

  1. Algorithms for improved protein function prediction, customized for special types of proteins
  2. Algorithms for doing statistically advanced phylogenetic analysis
  3. Algorithms for verifying regulator gene candidates
  4. Algorithms for biomarker identification

Our team of experienced PhDs in bioinformatics, mathematics, and computer science are specialized in algorithm design and implementation. Click here to see some of the papers they have authored or co-authored.

All the algorithms that we develop will be fully integrated in our bioinformatics workbenches in order to ensure the highest possible user-friendliness for our customers through our highly popular workbench platform.
